A transparent 0-100 grade for every padel court in our directory. No fake reviews, no hidden math — just an honest scoring formula you can read line by line.
What is the FindPadel Score?
The FindPadel Score is a single 0-100 number that summarises how well a court serves players. It looks at four pillars — facility quality, amenities, booking accessibility, and listing trust — using only verifiable data we already have on each court.
It is not a user-review average. We do not collect star ratings from players, and we do not invent them. Every point in the score is awarded by a deterministic rule that you can see below.
Why we built it
Players deserve a quick way to compare facilities at a glance. Other directories invent star ratings or block useful info behind paywalls. We wanted a scoring signal that is honest, reproducible, and useful even when a listing has zero user reviews.
We also publish the formula publicly so court owners know exactly how to improve their score.
The Four Pillars
The 100 possible points are split across four pillars. Each criterion below is checked against the data on the court's listing.
Facility
40 ptsPhysical court quality: number of courts, indoor/outdoor mix, lighting, and surface.
- ▸Number of courts (up to 15 pts): 1=0, 2=5, 3-4=8, 5-7=12, 8+=15
- ▸Court type (up to 10 pts): both indoor & outdoor=10, indoor only=5, outdoor only=5
- ▸Lighting available: 8 pts
- ▸Surface: any artificial turf or branded padel surface=5, other declared surface=3
- ▸Bonus: 4+ courts AND both indoor & outdoor=2 pts
Amenities
25 ptsOn-site amenities that improve the visit.
- ▸Parking: 4 pts
- ▸Pro shop: 4 pts
- ▸Locker rooms: 5 pts
- ▸Restaurant / cafe: 4 pts
- ▸Lessons available: 5 pts
- ▸Equipment rental: 3 pts
Accessibility & Booking

For court owners: how to improve your score
Your score moves up the moment you fill in the data we're missing. The biggest wins, in order:

Add an online booking link.
Worth 6 points on its own and signals you're open for business.

List your real amenities.
Locker rooms (5), lessons (5), parking (4), restaurant (4), pro shop (4), equipment rental (3) — up to 25 points if you have them all.
- 3
Post your hours and a real description.
Hours (4 pts), 100+ char description (3 pts), price (2 pts), at least one photo (2 pts) — easy points that also improve discoverability.

Verify your listing.
Verified courts get 5 pts, and verified courts can be considered for Featured placement (3 more pts).
What this score is NOT
Not a user-review rating
We don't aggregate star reviews and we don't pretend to. We never emit fake AggregateRating data to search engines.
Not pay-to-play
Courts can't buy a higher score. Featured listings earn 3 trust points; everything else is on facility data.
Not a personal recommendation
A great court for tournaments and a great court for casual play look different. Use the score as a starting filter, then check details.
